For internal employees: Positive work environment. Flexible schedule (Work From Home, Hybrid, and 4.5 day schedules available depending on position and tenure) For travel nurses and techs: All recruiters are encouraged to be engaged with their travelers by management. But your experience will be dependent on how good your recruiter is.
Cons
Benefits have been an opportunity in the past, but there have been improvements. And there are supposed to be significant improvements for 2024. PTO takes too long to ramp up.
