Pros
Management of the grounds crew was fantastic. Employees always knew what they needed to be doing and were properly trained to complete each task. Members were extremely friendly and always willing to talk with crew members.
Cons
Though it was a seasonal position, compensation was still a little low for the amount of work required. There isn't much room for promotion or a long-term career.
