      Pros

      Remote opportunities. Recognize associates for their experience and contributions. Growing company with a diverse workforce and is involved in several industries.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but for remote employees, being independent with prioritizing workload is a must- as is the case with any remote role. However many associates are in the office as well. As with any company in 2025, changes in structure and direction are always a concern. But any upcoming changes point to more growth and employment opportunities.

      Work from home opportunities, PTO flexibility. Good training experiences.

      Cons

      Too dependent on large clients - loss of said clients severely impacts employees. Public accounting hours and schedule.
