Pros
Colleagues are great, but ultimately all in the same boat.
Cons
Leadership seem to be running the shop based on corporate cliches rather than listening to their employees. Staff turnaround is quite bizarre, making people redundant and then offering them freelance positions to soften the blow and then spending more money on the freelancers than a salary. Poor structure means that there is very little room to grow, financial incentives are few and far between, dedicated and hard-working employees have to go through tribunals to even have a pay rise considered. Workloads are ludicrous, with management jumping from one idea to the next without considering what implications this has on staff and clients alike. A very poor place to work that barely values its staff.
