Terrible....Stay away - Cashier/Barista Springs Food Service Employee Review

Terrible, unorganized and rude managegent. High turnover so you get treated like garbage if you dont keep up or even attempt to get a day off. There is no holiday pay. You will be so overworked and exhausted that you wont have time to use any disney benefit. If your team is composed of teenagers, be ready for high school hell. Lots of favoritism, trash talk and backstabbing. If you want food service experience go somewhere else
