Pros

1. It's an entirely remote job for the employees. (The 1 star rating is for the same)

Cons

1. Tedious working hours. 2. Obstinate approach towards employee grievances. 3. Callous attitude when it comes to flexibility in shift timings 4. A highly demotivated environment for the employee caused due to lack of appreciation and more of gaslighting. 5. Lack of synergy among team members. Overall the company is too mechanical in its operations which is a major concern and drawback when it comes to individual growth of the employees.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! First of all, we would like to clarify that the company cannot delete the review once it is published. We are sorry that you don’t feel appreciated and feel that your hard work goes unnoticed and we will make sure that your concerns are addressed as soon as possible. Please find below the response to your review - It’s an entirely remote job - We are happy to see that you are liking the 100% remote culture and as we focus on the coming future when things normalise a little we are sure that we will reap the benefits of remote work with our flexible work hours policy. Tedious working hours - At Springworks we follow a flexible work policy it is entirely up to the discretion of the employee to choose his/her start and end time. But having said that we also have to function in a collaborative environment, it is best to check with the team and have overlapping work hours so that you are not missed out on important meetings and announcements. Having said that we do take the work-life balance seriously if this is a regular thing I request you to get in touch with your manager and figure out a better way of time management. When you feel overwhelmed or fatigued with work the HR team will also address this issue in the 1v1 sessions. Obstinate approach towards employee grievances - We take each grievance seriously and take action on it as required. If for any reason you feel that the grievances are not answered I request you to please reach out to the HR team. Callous attitude when it comes to flexibility in shift timings - Shift timings are something which the team should mutually decide and agree upon. As I mentioned before, there has to be an overlap between your working hours and your team’s working hours. In this case, I would request you to contact your team leader or manager and discuss your shift timings. If you don’t receive any feedback please reach out to CEO Kartik Mandaville A highly demotivated environment for the employee caused due to lack of appreciation and more gaslighting - Appreciation is a big motivating force in increasing the productivity of any employee. At Springworks we believe in Empathy, and hence we have “Empathy” as one of our core values. A Springworks team-member understands they work/interact/collaborate with humans. They understand and accept the diverse set of perspectives that unique individuals bring to the workplace. They cultivate compassion for the people around them. They work towards creating an environment of trust and appreciation. They bring honesty and authenticity to everything that they do. We created our rewards and recognition program EngageWith as a reflection of our core value “Empathy begins at home”. With EngageWith we appreciate the team efforts and individual efforts in front of the entire company. The HR team also comes up with employee engagement activities every day which is a major stress buster for every employee. We also ran a Diversity and inclusion pulse and found out the average sense of belongingness is 8.4 out of 10 Lack of synergy among team members - We believe in the team’s success and hence we have one of our cultural values: Do it as a team! While we are working remotely, it is essential to stay async in the team communications. We have recently announced our tie-up with food vendors, it is important to have team bonding even with virtual teams. While this may not solve this problem directly, it is important to celebrate the team’s success by ordering food and having fun! As for your advice, I encourage you to voice your concerns in the 1 on 1 session with the HR team, these sessions are not recorded and are a safe space to discuss your concerns and experiences. I also assure you that we do take your feedback seriously, the management team is made aware of the problems and we take action on them as required. Once again, thanks for taking the time to review us. Regards, Team HR
