Pros
Strong work life balance - supportive leadership team. Every employee wants the company to exceed and become the best HR Tech in the space. All departments are extremely collaborative with one another. This space is no walk in the park (HR Tech) however Sprockets truly is revolutionizing hiring for the hourly workforce. Finally making a name for ourselves in a few industries so we are getting a lot more open minded people looking to learn more. Benefits are great - unlimited PTO, a large offering of health benefits, 401k plan (unfortunately no match but maybe one day!), 4 day work week
Cons
Not so much a con more of a hey you should know: This is a series A start up so you have to be willing to deal with a semi chaotic always changing environment. This is a work hard environment but you WILL see your hard work pay off. Small teams = wearing many hats.
