      the work environment was great and very friendly.

      Cons

      rate of pay was terrible. You get pay raises every 6 months after evals, but the most it will ever be is 30 cents. I worked there for 2 years and did not even pass $15 hourly.

      Very nice coworkers, and a pleasant environment surrounded by people who care

      Time off has to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance.

      Pros

      The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

      Cons

      The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
