Pros

Great Sense of Community, offers good starting pay for new hires, employee discount 15% normally, and has an employee appreciation week at least twice a year and the employee discount is increased during those weeks, they do a raffle with prizes of all prices levels that are purchased from Costco. Many great options for insurance plans, vision, dental, health saving accounts, etc.

Cons

Doesn’t up the pay of current workers to match the current new hire rates, leading to a lot of bitterness (from workers earning less than new hires) to upper management. Appraisals are every six months, but only a maximum of $0.25 on a scale similar to GPA (4 is the highest) Promotions, no matter how many level(s) up you go, are capped at 10%, if you wanted to try and leave temporarily to come back and get the new hire rate, you have be gone for a minimum of 8 months, otherwise you would just be hired back in at your old rate. So the only way you can get your pay rate matched is apply elsewhere and show them the offer and say match this or im leaving/reducing hours.

Pros

The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

Cons

The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
