Very flexible hours. In most cases, you will get the hours you desire. And there are nice colleagues who assist your needs or questions.

Lower pay rate. I wish it could be higher, so we can keep those good workers!

I honestly don't have anything positive to say.

Low pay and short staffing. Witnessed multiple health code violations. Problem employees are retained and as a result their hiring looks like a revolving door. I was once ASKED BY MANAGEMENT to write up an incident report about a toxic co-worker/shift lead, (who by my first week had been sent home for fighting with a customer).... then nothing. I was scheduled with her to close the next day, and she was still there when i left the company two weeks later.
