Cons
Moral is the store is low most of the time. Most of the employees don’t feel appreciated or heard. In my tenure there I’ve seen many good employees leave because of store not run properly and favoritism. Managers and asset protection, actively sit and watch the store employees on computers and their phones. I felt unvalued and used at the end of my 10 year employment there.
