Great company to work at - Software Developer Spruce (CO) Employee Review

Overall a great company just small and not a crazy amount of guidance. Very cool tech and clothing items that set the shop apart from most. Knowledgable staff who care about their clients.

Not much guidance or leadership. Still small so not many benefits but no large cons either

My time at Spruce was overall pretty solid; I started as a Style Consultant mainly just handling sales and one on one styling with clients. But then worked my way up to Head of Retail within a year and ran the whole store. Innovative retail environment and cool fun staff with the capabilities of growing within the company.

Turned down every growth opportunity that was offered, extremely underpaid management, owners took too much on at once and leaned way too heavily on the team to the point where moral dropped heavily and lost half the staff in a month.
