Pros
Fantastic team with really great camaraderie. Relaxed yet professional work environment. Long on real benefits (health care, lunch, etc.) while skipping gimmicky stuff, though nobody would stop you from buying a beanbag chair or whatever if you really wanted one. Lots of respect from management for an actually reasonable work-life balance, even though the company is young.
Cons
Nothing super material, but it's an open-office design if that would bug you. Noise levels are not high, though, as most chatter happens across Slack.
