The pay is decent for the most part and great pension, paid for full 8 hours, provide a meal for you
Cons
Zero benefits for part time, no sick days for part time, management doesn’t care about the staff or residents, full time gets benefits but you pay ALOT off you cheque for them. Management doesn’t listen to staff when there is an issue for residents or staff.
