Pros
The work environment at spruce is very relaxing. Even if you aren't comfortable with the full range of roles, they will find a way to utilize your time. Spruce provides you the flexibility to put in more hours in the shop (oil changes on pressure washers, organizing the trucks, modifying ladders).
Cons
There is often more work than the average 40 hour work week, although that may be a pro to some. The majority of training is on site. Poor weather can postpone work for several days.
