      Pros

      They have a very hands off approach and don't bother you to do work out side of your contract.

      Cons

      - Tried the withhold benefits - Very low pay compared to competitors - Management is Absent - HR and Finance are 2 part time people and can be hard to reach - Very small company with no room to move up
