      They have a very hands off approach and don't bother you to do work out side of your contract.

      Cons

      - Tried the withhold benefits - Very low pay compared to competitors - Management is Absent - HR and Finance are 2 part time people and can be hard to reach - Very small company with no room to move up

      Awesome compensation, great structure in place to help employees succeed, solid PTO and comp time policies.

      Cons

      The only drawback is the lack of parental leave for new parents.
