Pros
The facility is very clean and the staff are well versed within the company.
Cons
No upper management team that cares about any of your issues personally or within “their” company. Your time spent dedication to the residents , overworked, underpaid, mentally exhausted from internally wanting to do right for the residents whom deserve better care isn’t worth it to them when they need to “let” people go. It doesn’t matter if you were there 30 years or 3 days they don’t celebrate or remember you when you go. They pay outside staff double what their own staff get and do not care what tasks or how many peoples work you pull through on your shift they will not Come in or go outta their way to get you any assistance. It’s all money they blind eyed reports on their staff being accused of abuse numerous times and they are still there staying under the radar and kissing behinds. If you do not roll with their unjustified write ups they pile together n slam all of them on you at once if you don’t get mandated Covid vaccines the don will tell you “well guess you won’t be employed” and wobble down the hall in the office and shows no compassion no dignity or respect to your beliefs or values regardless of your religion! Good luck if you take the chance best of wishes don’t say I don’t warn you when you become a miserable exhausted burn out and they turn to the next dummy to victimize after you’ve learned to much on the inside!
