Floor staff is great and the food is good.
Cons
The current culture is highly toxic from leadership to staff. St.charles does have some great people in leadership positions who are not given the opportunity to truly lead and be successful. Floor staff feels unsupported by direct floor leadership on several floors-not all floors.
