Great team based family care clinic to work for. Good collaboration with other MD and APP on the clinic level. Lots of institutional support.
Cons
St charles is slow to adapt. Limited ability to climb corperate ladder as NP. MD led model in all aspects. Exampme: NPs not invited to medical case M&M meetings.
