Steady, secure job(not many people get fired here). Pay is decent; lube techs start off at $10 an hour and porters are about $9.50

Hard to get raises: you can get a little more(think it's $13 an hour) it you are Toyota certified, but you really have to keep on management if you want your yearly review. Not much respect for lower level employees: blame usually falls on the express team or porters if something goes wrong.
