Thanks for taking the time to share your positive review of working at SJP! Best, Charlotte
Strong brand recognition, good training materials, and a professional client-facing image. Colleagues are generally supportive, and there’s exposure to high-net-worth clients which can be valuable for career development.
Cons
High pressure to meet targets, limited flexibility, and compensation structures can feel unbalanced. Processes can be rigid, and progression may depend heavily on networks rather than performance alone.

Please reach out via our internal channels to discuss these further. Thanks, Jess
