Pros

interesting work, very successful company, has grown quickly,

Cons

Capability of colleagues is mixed but they dont really pay market rate in a lot of areas, also a focus on growing regional offices rather than London. Really poor leadership at a senior level, individuals who have been promoted on technical expertise rather than people leadership skills and this is really showing in a time of organisational change Very little diversity and more concerningly, little interest in hiring or retaining diverse employees No career paths, no high potential schemes, no training budget, probably the company Ive developed least at in my 30 yr career

Pros

Strong brand recognition, good training materials, and a professional client-facing image. Colleagues are generally supportive, and there’s exposure to high-net-worth clients which can be valuable for career development.

Cons

High pressure to meet targets, limited flexibility, and compensation structures can feel unbalanced. Processes can be rigid, and progression may depend heavily on networks rather than performance alone.
