Helping others, but watch out for office politics - Advanced EMT St John Employee Review

St John is an important charity, and enabling and being part of their work feels meaningful.

The management is horrifically political and there are many strong personalities that play corporate games to get what they want - not what's in the best interest of the whole organisaion. Many people are overworked and underappreciated.

St Johns has a great company culture, and benefits for employees.

I haven't come across any as yet.
