Pros
Staff knowledge and ability to work together
Cons
Trinity has put in what they call a no-fault policy for absences. This means if you get sick and have a Dr note saying you cannot work it WILL count against you and you will get points on your record and leave you open to write ups and termination. Also, if employee health says you absolutely cannot go to work due to injury or illness it counts against you negatively. The ONLY excused absences is if you have to stay overnight in a Healthcare facility they don't ding you or if you have FMLA. Deaths in the family also do not cover you. And these absences do not disappear until the following year on date sick. This company wants robots, not human beings.
