Pros
Good experiences, good owner, many workable hours, large selection of jobs, good co-workers.
Cons
Bad pay, high worker expectations, sub par workmanship, sub par foremen, bad working conditions, 10 hour days and a 30 min unpaid lunch break when an hour paid lunchbreak should be given. Often not paid for travel time to get to job sites, unorganized job sites, hazardous working conditions, working in extreme heat and cold when not workable, no base worker compensation when hurt on a job site, expected to not take sick days, often expected to lift heavy objects which could injure or harm workers bodies, starts workers off on 15 dollars an hour and expects that 18 dollars an hour will be enough for a liveable wage
