Incredible team. Managers and leadership team want everyone to succeed. Always there to help. Goals are realistic and there is a clear plan to execute. Owner is focused on realistic growth and clearly communicates and relies on team for feedback. Best work/life balance of any job I've had yet. If you get your work done, that is all that matters. I don't usually work after 6 PM ever. Clients are great. Fun to work for a company that loves the community and the community loves it back. Commission is uncapped.

Full commission after 1 year. There are pros and cons but if you work to meet your goals, it should be fine.

I got to go to really neat events. I got to work really neat events. I got some experience with things that i'd never thought i'd get to be apart of. I met some really nice people that worked as venders for the events and magazine.

I was not given much responsibility. The pay was terrible. Also you don't get payed until much later in the year. Bosses were pretty scattered and their bosses were the same way. Managers were never on time to events so you sit around waiting for them to come. The idea of the job is much better than the reality.
