      Close relationship with some coworkers, exciting work environment, typically got time off at the end of the season, community engagement

      Cons

      Interconnection also let to drama that had not place in a workplace, days off were great but would come randomly and without much warning. Management seemed deceitful

      Pros

      The pay at the Edward Jones Dome is pretty decent. As an intern I got $11 an hour, but I wouldn't be happy making that having graduated from college.

      Cons

      Expect you to know everything too quickly. My first time working I did a great job because I had managed a decent amount of people, reflective of how much work experience I had. The second day I was given a much larger stand to manage and I made mistakes. Given it was my second day, I didn't get any slack from my supervisor, instead I got attitude about how slow I was being.
