      I truly feel this company has patient care as their first priority, which drew me in. I feel like I can approach my manager with anything and we all work as a team to care for our patients. I enjoy going to work and feel like an integral part of the team.

      Cons

      Sometimes I don't feel our feedback isnt really heard when it's requested. Great enthusiasm as a company but not as much appreciation given on an individual level by management.

      Smaller company so every voice is heared . The people here care about what they do and the people they touch.and as a hospice I woukd hope that they did.

      Smaller company so be prepared to pitch in in areas you arent expecting
