This place use to be a good place to work. Years ago pre Covid.
Cons
No one communicates properly they just brush off problems for you to handle yourself. Providers pushing appointments back by an hour while pts sit in rooms so they can handle personal things non work related. HR is ran by one person and she’s not a person you’d prefer to bring a problem to she’s one who you report to someone else. They make you work weekend events periodically yet your told it’s not mandatory but, is to pay you less than your actual pay no overtime. They are milking any legal way to make us work without compensating us properly.
