Part of Staans website states: "putting the right person in the right place".. But sales consultants get a commission if they put persons in a place. They don't all care about what's good for you and your development, instead they try to convince you to do whats in their best interest. this conflicting interest is the biggest con and could stagnate the development / motivation of finance professionals.
