Good salary package If you perform well you will get an appraisal more than you get while changing job. Even normal appraisals are more than what MNCs are giving

Freshers have a bond of minimum 3 years which is a pretty long period. Some times you get an overload of work, which is good if you are some one looking forward for a steep learning curve.
