Pros

STACK IT is an organization that assists in the learning, training, and overall growth of all its employees. Management is patient in helping you achieve your goals by breaking down expectations week by week, and raising them as you reach your targets. They will give you time and resources to assist in your learning and also ask you to recommend your timelines and pace Targets are put into place at the onset and there are no surprises as to team and individual contributions and expectations. The team has a family and collaborative feel and the environment is open in its communication. The sales team has excellent relationships with all clients and most are repetitive clients that have given excellent feedback to the team and amazing reviews on RFP’s bids. All team members are invited to client intake calls, where they can ask questions and get to know the hiring managers. The social committee organizes fun monthly events, where all team members can spend time not talking about work and just having fun Overall a great place to work and a patient team in helping each other grow!

Cons

I cannot think of anything that comes to mind

Pros

Pros: The company provides a good learning curve, especially for entry-level recruiters, as it is a growing company with a small team. The remote work environment offers flexibility and convenience.

Cons

Less job orders, leading to potential challenges in finding suitable positions for candidates. Lack of a defined work culture, which could be improved to create a better environment for employees. The company terminated employees abruptly, without notice periods, and swiftly revoked access to systems after firing. Obsession with interview numbers and revenue can overshadow other essential aspects of the recruitment process. Limited resources available to achieve the demanding targets set by management. Frequent client fall-offs may indicate issues in client relationships and narrow-minded management. Limited career growth opportunities due to the small team size.
