Pros

Occasional perks such as donuts or lunches, sometimes linked to performance Friendly on the surface at times

Cons

No dedicated HR function, which leads to inconsistent and unprofessional practices Inappropriate behaviour was tolerated, including comments and conduct that should not be acceptable in a workplace Lack of clear role definition, I was hired for one position, but responsibilities shifted significantly without discussion or formal agreement No written job specification or clear expectations; most guidance is given verbally, allowing responsibilities and expectations to change without documentation Poor communication and lack of transparency Decisions are made without clear feedback or opportunity to address concerns

Pros

Decent pay but thats about it

Cons

They churn through staff. I know this because myself and another colleague were fired withing 6 months. I had done really well and I was still fired. I was actually fired less then an hour after winner a big tender. My manager was CC'd on the emails so he knew that I had just won a big deal and he fired me before the order was processed so they would not have to pay out on commission. When I went back to recruiters multiple companies said that they have had many staff previous Stacked employees that had lost their job for no reason also. They use people to get leads and fire them. It has made my future interview that bit more difficult as a result and effected my career. There should be tighter laws against this.
