      I dont really believe there is any maybe that the whole company will disappear soon

      The whole lot. Whilst a monkey can randomly type the whole shakespeare play if it took it over 30 years by chance. Stacks will never have a chance to type out any direction or details to its company if it took it eternity...sinking company

      Lovely place to work. Systems in place to ensure smooth running of things

      no mention of quarterly or annual pay review. Should be automatic for employee loyalty

      Supportive colleagues. Employees enjoy generous discounts on store items, and management is very flexible swapping or changing shifts is rarely ever a problem

      Cons

      High turnover rate, a bullying culture from management, poor communication from management, and chronic overwork lead to low morale and frequent burnout
