Pros
Worked there for a few years. They put you to hard work with little pay but if you really love football and cheesy older people then it's great. Get to wander the stadium. Staff party is amazing.
Understanding about weekday games that may interfere with your other jobs
Cons
The management may or may not know you. You are one of a few hundred (there was less but guest relations had taken over the stadium). They really do make you do a lot of hard work for little pay. May not be demanding but not fun tasks like cleaning a customer mess (I've cleaned poo, and I'm NOT a janitorial staffer) most guest relations staff will stand by the entrances to the bowl and you WILL freeze. Luckily you are divided into sections or teams and they look out for you. If you get a tip you are told to give it to the broncos charity. Management thinks that working at the stadium is in itself a reward but you won't be able to actually enjoy events very often if you are actually doing your job. Get mad if you can't go to work for school, another job etc.giving you a work schedule weeks in advance is their reasoning for being mad at you (I've skipped a couple games because it fell on a Monday of class)
