      I've worked at Staff Source for a little more than four years now. I've worked part-time, temporary full-time positions, and on call. If you work hard, the company will call you more often with job opportunities.

      Cons

      I see a lot of comments on professionalism. I NEVER FELT THIS WAY.

      Pros

      Great "hands-on" Leadership. Senior management is involved and takes the time to understand all dynamics of the business..especially when it comes to their employees. Process and procedures are clear and there are many opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Given the fast paced environment this business operates in, workload can be trying at times..however, with the rate of growth and success, this is more of a "pro" versus a "con".
