I wanted to write a positive review however the way the staff treats employees (job seekers) says otherwise. I have had 4 to 5 months with them of calling in weekly to find work. I had abundant csr experience with Call centers banking experience and mislead me that they would work with me to find employment. From day one they were disorganized and I did all the work I took the assessments, retook some to improve my score, had a professional resume written and asked them for advice and told me I was doing nothing wrong. I find it unprofessional the fact that I did all the work they told me to called in religiously for opportunities and myself have seen positions that meet my qualifications yet they refused to do what they say they were going to do and have not put me or notified me of anything and I have told them put me for anything because I am desperate for work.
