Severe lack of training for adminsitrative and recruiting roles, staff that overlook obvious liabilities to get orders filled "by any means necessary", recruiters that hire staff based on appearance rather than experience, underpaid for the amount of stress placed on you daily to fill the temp orders, benefits package is expensive
