Staffmark cares about their employees and tries to work with them on whatever personal conflicts may arise. Management is understanding and it can be a very fun place to work.
Cons
Sometimes they wait to hire recruiters until the last minute. Also, when they hire people that may not be a good fit they tend to keep them around longer than necessary. That can be toxic for the company.
