Cons
They add on to your workload. They don't hire, they fire and then fill holes and move employee's around to fill positions but expecting that employee to still continue their current work. Leadership isn't the best at all, need help? Probably will have to figure it out on your own. Training is very low, You have to watch a few training videos but doesn't really help, you learn by trial and error. This company isn't growing. They just made major cuts so no raises for any current employees anytime soon. Regional leadership does not care about employees only numbers. I did not feel supported while working for Staffmark/Pro staff for 3 years. I didn't feel appreciated. I didn't feel valued. Only reason why I stayed for so long is because of my co-workers.
