Pros

1. Company pride and values: Leaders do what they say and lead by example. We truly are the heart between people and jobs. 2. CEO: Stacey Lane has to be one of the most passionate, driven, motivating, and selfless leaders. Her passion to support our clients and job seekers is unmatched. She takes the time to be transparent with all employees and doesn't shy away from the tough questions being asked. 3. Healthy pay + benefits: Salary is within acceptable market range and the unlimited PTO is a wonderful bonus especially for anyone who is newer to the organization; you don't have to worry about building up your PTO for if/when something unexpected comes up. 4. Purposeful meetings: We don't have meetings just to have meetings. There is actual purpose behind the meetings because everyone values each other's time. 5. Community culture: Overall people are extremely kind and respectful to one another. People want to jump in and help if/when they can.

Cons

1. We are lacking resources on critical teams. Teams may have had to shrink by headcount, but there are some teams or departments where the bulk or all of the work is managed and/or completed by 1 person. This can easily lead to burnout and is a single point of failure if this person needs time off or chooses to leave. 2. Employees are consistently recognized for their hardwork and accomplishments. However, if you don't constantly engage on a call or client-facing as much as another team or department, your efforts may not be recognized. This could be hard for someone who has a more introverted nature. 3. Leadership doesn't necessarily play "favorites", but those who are closer to leadership definitely receive more accolades, more opportunities for growth, and potential for awards.

Pros

There are strong individual contributors across the organization who genuinely care about their clients and candidates. The business itself has market opportunity, especially in industrial staffing, and there is potential to build something meaningful with the right strategy and execution.

Cons

Leadership lacks alignment between stated goals and actual execution. There is a clear disconnect between the vision communicated during hiring and the day-to-day expectations in role. In some instances, employees are placed in situations where they are asked to engage in practices that raise ethical and, at times, legal concerns. This creates an uncomfortable and high-risk working environment, particularly for those who prioritize compliance and professional integrity. Despite discussions around evolving the business toward higher-margin, relationship-driven growth, the operating model continues to default back to transactional “fill and bill” activity. Efforts to introduce more strategic structure, improve efficiency, and modernize workflows are often dismissed or labeled as unnecessary. There is also inconsistency in how policies and code of conduct are applied, which creates a perception of unfair and selective enforcement. This impacts trust, morale, and overall team performance. Additionally, there is an over-reliance on outdated sales approaches that do not reflect how modern workforce solutions are built or sustained in today’s market.
