Pros

Staffviser genuinely values its people, fostering a collaborative culture where work-life balance isn't just talk - it's lived daily. The generous benefits package and equipment provided from day one show the company's commitment to employee wellbeing. What stands out most is how the leadership has built a supportive environment where you can grow professionally without sacrificing personal time. The co-founders are approachable and actively listen to employee feedback, making you feel heard and valued at every stage. The company invests in its people not just through competitive compensation, but through genuine care and attention to what matters. Whether it's providing the right tools, respecting boundaries, or creating opportunities for development, Staffviser walks the walk.

Cons

Processes are still being improved and optimized, so there may be a slight adjustment period if you're used to highly structured organizations.

Pros

On recruitment process: - great eye for talent and potential - direct, smooth, and fast recruitment process - provides good equipment that sets employees up for success in remote work On actual work: - Great vision, they create win-win scenarios for both clients and employees. - Driven leadership, very intentional in their decisions and actions. They put good systems in place and are always going for improvements. I also like how they keep up with the times (like automations, AI, etc.). Learning lots from them already. - Great people culture and you just know it’s well-thought out. Listens to their employees. Respects time between work and personal. Has trust and compassion for their employees (I remember management increasing limit for transport reimbursement the moment they knew some came farther). - Re work, especially great if you’re eyeing senior roles since they let you take ownership for your work. Since it's a growing company, lots of exciting projects to pioneer and work on. - Competitive salary, appreciative management, rewarding culture

Cons

- Benefits are fair, but can be better and can even extend to more talent development programs. But knowing Management, they will eventually move towards this. - If you’re used to leading/top companies, you may not expect the same comprehensive and diverse perks. But the opposite is also true, Staffviser gives value in other ways not offered by other companies. So personally it’s just a matter of preferences and priorities. - More of a realistic take rather than a con: there can be a lot of moving tasks at times, but pretty expected for a growing company.
