Pros
Supportive and understanding managers and seniors. Feedback driven and collaborative. International environment and can work on EU vacancies without having to change my daily schedule (I work dayshift mostly). Work set-up! Mainly remote with coworking day option's available. Living true to Kaizen - 1% better each day with our ways of working and with colleagues.
Cons
The yearly learning & development budget benefit and remaining leave credits cannot be converted to cash if unused. Some teams are one-man/woman teams - it can be heavy workload.
