Pros
Coworkers were great and helpful. Overall, there is a good support system in Stallion’s corporate office. It’s a traditional startup culture with high energy and young employees.
Cons
This company is a revolving door for employees. There is no formal HR structure or proper onboarding process. So being “self sufficient” is required. Manager training non existent. Lack of collaboration. No proper procedure or strategy. Because everyone is so junior in their career, expect to be undervalued and overworked. The CEO is under qualified to run a company. Stallion’s success can only be attributed to its exceptional service, not leadership.
