They make decisions they shouldn't and don't make ones they should. They also don't give employees a sense of worth or security. At any given time you could be let go, with no assurances you're job is safe. Even if it is safe. They also don't listen to employees. Even managers. There have been some great ideas and solutions that are ignored or stifled by management.
