Leadership needs a total refresh. If the company would hire, from the top down, people who actually know how to do their respective jobs, then the people at the company who actually have talent would be empowered and free to do their jobs the way they know how. Unfortunately, insecurity, lack of knowledge, and emotional immaturity has led to poor decision making, finger pointing from the top down, and hiring decisions that protect the shortcomings of those above, not those below.
