Pros

- Stan has the right vision and intention as owner/operator. Dedication to investment, improvement and development is admirable. - Willing to go out and pay good talent - Efforts to hold team members accountable is welcome, HR partners with management to provide constructive development - Excellent training opportunities and open door communication helps the learning curve - Culture of positivity and encouragement is refreshing

Cons

- Intense focus on property valuations results in pulling overworked staff off of crucial tasks in order to bang dings out of carports and address cracked sidwalks - The downside to having people on property who care deeply, who come in to work on weekends without telling you so that things get done, is that they're exhausted, burnt out and depressed that they can't get what they need to stabilize the situation, but see upper mgmt roaming the property planning sign replacements, planning siding replacement, or painting carports while residents are infuriated that they can't get basic needs met - Culture of positivity unfortunately still means insistent pleas for urgent needs (secured buildings, emergency hallway repairs, property-wide drywall damage needing outside help) fall on deaf ears or are disregarded as not "budget" friendly, whilst money is heavily invested in curb appeal the current residents are so mad they come in and scream at your staff daily

Pros

Good pay, Clean office, Company Card

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, No support or guidance on what and how they want things done. They just want it done. Upper management is a joke. Maintenance would come to work drunk and high and upper management wouldn't reprimand.
