Life is exciting at StandDesk, there are new challenges and opportunities every day. The leadership really cares about my growth and continually invests in my training. The work is not easy sometimes, but it's rewarding once you figure it out. The work life balance is awesome, we're able to work virtually and come into the office, so you get the best of both worlds.

The team has been growing rapidly and there have been many changes, sometimes hard to keep up.

Amazing room for improvement, and you can pick up a LOT of new skills on the job. There's always an opportunity every day, and it's really hard to find an environment like that. Mistakes are accepted and encouraged as a learning curve, and the coworkers were always a joy to interact with.

Employee management is very poor, the office can barely be called an office, and you're expected to give your all to the company without getting anything back in return.
