Moody Bosses - Project Designer Standard Architecture Employee Review

The bosses can be very moody, and inconsistent. The husband and wife team are not very nice to each other or anyone else. There is absolutely no company culture, and the whole environment can be very depressing. They hire a lot of young people, and provide no mentorship- there is a great imbalance of experienced to inexperienced people in the office. Beware, they also start you out at a high pay rate, but refuse to raise your pay for a few years afterwards.
